Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to providing a quality experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a full refund. We do ask that you contact us within 60 days and obtain a return authorization number. The shipping cost will not be credited back, it is nonrefundable.

Refused order

If an order is refused by the customer the original shipping cost, return freight amount and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the credit when the item is returned to us.


If an exchange is required you will need to contact us. A return authorization will be provided after which the item may be sent back. When we send out the new style or size the credit card used for the order will only be charged the shipping cost and price difference if applicable.

Damaged Item

Please contact us using the email or phone number listed in the “contact us” section. We will give you instructions to return the item and make sure the issue is resolved.
